Information we collect
When you visit this website
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiles. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained for a limited period.
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may record your IP address. If you would prefer this not to happen, the fonts can be self-hosted on request.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us.
When you use Juperno
Astrological readings require birth information. To generate a chart, Juperno asks for your date, time, and place of birth, and it records how you interact with your readings — which ones you open, save, or mark as accurate — because that feedback is what allows the forecasts to adapt to you.
- We use this information to produce and improve your readings. That is the only purpose it serves.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- You can view, correct, export, or delete your birth details and reading history from within the app.
- Deleting your account removes your chart and reading history from our systems, subject to short retention in routine backups.
Juperno is an entertainment product. Its readings are not advice — medical, psychological, legal, or financial — and should not be relied on as such.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to operate: website and application hosting, email delivery, error reporting, and payment processing where a product is paid for. These providers process information only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. Apple and Google process app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscriptions under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Account data is kept while your account is open. Correspondence is kept while it may reasonably be needed. Server logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object to a particular use. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you contact us or use our products from outside the United States, you are sending information to a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will give notice through the relevant product before it takes effect.
